a business user, vendor, platform, insurer, advisor, property professional, legal/risk professional or other party requesting access or evaluating Registry//9.
The Registry//9 public website is operated by Registry9 LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, with mailing address at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
Public business communications may be handled by Maciej Brasewicz, Founder and data terminal operator for Registry//9.
These Terms govern use of the Public Site, public-facing Terminal materials, access request workflow, briefings, interface previews and business communication channels made available through Registry//9.
These Terms do not replace any separate written agreement, data agreement, pilot agreement, subscription agreement, commercial order, statement of work or negotiated terms that may later be concluded with an approved operator. If such a separate agreement exists, it applies to the extent it conflicts with these public-site Terms.
Registry//9 is a public-facing intelligence interface for municipal and property-related records, incident signals, enforcement context, asset profiles, entity traces, manager candidates, contact surfaces and operator-specific commercial routing.
Registry//9 is operated as a business data product by Registry9 LLC and is not a public authority, government agency, municipal service, emergency response system, legal service, engineering service, insurance service, public adjuster service, credit bureau, debt collection service or consumer reporting agency.
Public pages and previews are intended to explain the product direction, operating model and access workflow. They should not be treated as a complete description of any future Terminal functionality.
You may access and read the Public Site for informational, business review and access request purposes, provided that you comply with these Terms and applicable law.
The Public Site may change at any time as the product develops. Registry//9 may modify, suspend, remove or replace pages, interface previews, briefings, examples, access flows or public content without prior notice.
Accessing the Public Site does not create a right to receive Terminal access, signals, feeds, leads, data exports, API access, support, commercial exclusivity or any specific response time.
Access requests are reviewed manually by operator category, territory, workflow, commercial relevance, source-signal fit, overlap risk and operational maturity.
Registry//9 may accept, reject, defer, limit, suspend, revoke or condition an access request at its discretion, including to preserve signal quality, reduce buyer overlap, protect source integrity, avoid misuse or comply with legal and operational constraints.
An access request is not an order, contract, subscription, reservation or binding offer. It is an intake request for review and business communication.
Registry//9 is designed primarily for business, professional, operator, vendor, platform, insurance, legal, advisory, property and data-partner workflows.
If you access the Public Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to submit information and communicate with Registry//9 on behalf of that organization.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any information, signal, contact surface or route is compatible with your own professional obligations, licensing requirements, internal policies and applicable law.
A Signal is not a guarantee of buyer intent, building condition, claim eligibility, legal liability, emergency condition, code status, repair scope, enforcement outcome, owner responsibility, manager responsibility or commercial conversion.
Signals are operational indicators derived from source context, public records, municipal datasets, property metadata, entity traces, manager candidates, contact surfaces, confidence indicators and routing logic.
Each operator must independently verify the source record, factual context, property condition, decision-maker status, contact accuracy and legal/commercial relevance before taking action.
Registry//9 may reference public records, municipal records, agency datasets, property metadata, enforcement activity, ownership records, building records, administrative records and publicly available or commercially available business information surfaces.
Public records and source systems may be incomplete, delayed, stale, inaccurate, duplicated, corrected, removed, reclassified, appealed, superseded or interpreted differently by the relevant agency or source owner.
Derived outputs should be reviewed as operational intelligence, not as an official statement by a public authority or as a substitute for source inspection.
Registry//9 may present owner entities, manager candidates, contact surfaces, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, confidence indicators, source references and related context.
A contact surface is an operational entry point for review. It may be verified, probable, candidate, inferred, outdated, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular outreach workflow.
You may not use contact surfaces for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, spam, robocalling, unauthorized marketing or prohibited outreach.
Registry//9 does not provide legal, engineering, architectural, construction, insurance, public adjusting, financial, tax, emergency, compliance, regulatory, investigative or professional advice through the Public Site.
Nothing on the Public Site should be relied on as a professional opinion, legal interpretation, code determination, engineering assessment, claim determination, emergency assessment or instruction to contact a property owner, manager, tenant, agency or vendor.
Operators are responsible for their own review, verification, licensing, professional judgment, outreach compliance, recordkeeping and downstream decisions.
You may not use the Public Site, public content, interface previews, access workflow or any Registry//9 material for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, exploitative, unauthorized or harmful purposes.
You may not scrape, crawl, bulk download, mirror, reproduce, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or use automated systems to extract or replicate Registry//9 content without written permission.
You may not submit malicious code, false identity information, misleading company information, unlawful content, third-party confidential information, credentials, secrets or information you are not authorized to provide.
When you submit an access request, you are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of the information you provide.
Registry//9 may use submitted information to review operator fit, respond to your request, prepare a sample packet or feed review, qualify the use case, maintain internal records and improve the access workflow.
Submitting an access request does not require Registry//9 to respond, provide access, deliver data, preserve any submitted request indefinitely or enter into a business relationship.
Registry//9, Registry9 LLC, Registry//9 Terminal, Registry9 branding, names, visual system, public copy, interface concepts, signal classifications, route structures, examples, page layouts, data presentation formats and derived materials are owned by Registry9 LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, frame, scrape, present as your own, create derivative products from or commercially exploit Registry//9 materials without written permission.
Public records or third-party source materials remain subject to their own legal status, source terms and public-access rules. Registry//9 does not claim ownership of public records themselves, but may own the structure, enrichment, classification, presentation and derived outputs it creates.
The Public Site is provided on an as-available basis. Registry//9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security of every transmission, compatibility with every device or browser, or continued availability of any specific page or feature.
Registry//9 may deploy changes, maintenance, rate limits, access controls, security rules, anti-abuse measures or other operational controls at any time.
You are responsible for using appropriate devices, browsers, network connections, security settings and organizational controls when accessing the Public Site.
The Public Site may depend on or link to third-party hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, DNS, security, source data, documentation, public records, agency systems or other external services.
Registry//9 is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, policy, legality or content of third-party services, websites, datasets or systems.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy notices and technical limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Registry//9 is not liable for business decisions, outreach outcomes, missed opportunities, lost profits, reputational harm, data inaccuracies, source delays, third-party actions or professional decisions made based on Public Site materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
If a separate commercial agreement is concluded, liability rules for paid services may be defined in that agreement.
These public-site Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply in a specific case.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, United States.
Questions about these Terms, access review or business communication may be sent to maciej.brasewicz@registry9.com.
Registry//9 may update these Terms as the Public Site and Terminal develop. The updated version applies from the date it is published, unless a different effective date is stated.
