01

Use of the public site

Registry//9 provides a public-facing intelligence interface for property incident signals, public records context, entity traces, contact surfaces and operator-specific commercial routing.

The public site is provided for informational, access-review and business communication purposes. It does not create an obligation to provide access, data, feeds, alerts or terminal functionality.

02

Access review

Access requests are reviewed manually by operator type, territory, signal class, workflow and commercial relevance.

Registry//9 may accept, reject, defer, limit or modify access requests at its discretion. Early access may be constrained to preserve signal quality and reduce buyer overlap.

03

Signals are not guaranteed outcomes

A signal is not a guarantee of buyer intent, building condition, code status, claim eligibility, legal liability, emergency condition, repair requirement or commercial conversion.

Signals are operational indicators derived from source context, public records, asset metadata, entity traces, manager candidates, contact surfaces and routing logic.

04

No professional advice

Registry//9 does not provide legal, engineering, insurance, financial, emergency, compliance or construction advice through this public website.

Operators are responsible for their own review, verification, outreach, compliance obligations, licensing obligations and professional judgment.

05

Public records and source context

The Terminal may use public records, municipal datasets, property metadata, enforcement activity and commercially available or publicly available business information surfaces.

Source context may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, delayed or subject to agency corrections. Derived outputs should be reviewed before operational use.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the public site or any Registry//9 output for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls or misuse the public site, access workflow or related systems.

07

Intellectual property

Registry//9 branding, interface concepts, visual system, copy, derived classifications, routing structures and presentation formats are owned by Registry//9 or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell or present Registry//9 materials as your own without written permission.

08

Changes

Registry//9 may update the public site, access workflow, content, notices and terms as the product develops.

Continued use of the public site after changes are posted means you accept the updated public terms for that use.
